Our RSP partner will be performing a scheduled update on their systems. This maintenance is part of a series of three crucial updates our vendor will be completing during 2024 to enhance the resilience of their platform.

There will be 30 minutes of downtime during the second half of the maintenance window. During this time, the below operations will be temporary unavailable:
- All eSIM profile purchase
- All eSIM profile download
- Fetching eSIM status
Any failed operations will need to be manually re-attempted once the maintenance is completed.

Update - We have observed higher than normal latency for customers trying to send SMS/MMS via the API. To mitigate the issue we have migrated US traffic to an alternate data centre and have seen a reduction in latency.
